Oak Cabinets, grain fill to level the grains up to 90%
Our Process:
Mask off affected areas
SVT (Sand, Vacuum, Tac Cloth Wipe) before & in-between prime coats
Use of Festool & Surfprep HEPA Sanding Systems
Spray two prime coats (this gives a high build)
Use of fine finish sprayer
Correct all imperfections prior to 2nd prime coat
Caulk gaps as needed
Spray two top coats
We use 1K/2K products
Onsite use of an air scrubber for healthy clean air movement
We spray all doors/drawers in shop
Average size kitchen is complete within 6 days
Onsite 3 days - varies with complexity and scope
